“Kanazawa Tsukiya” was born as a Japanese traditional house in the first half of the Meiji period. We renovated into Kaiseki restaurant.We serve Kanazawa cuisine, that has been passed down from master to student for generations. This cuisine not only emphasizes the taste of local ingredients but also emphasizes the beautiful aesthetic and delicate aroma.
